Shipping Area
We currently ship to countries within the European Union.
If you would like to order from outside the EU, please contact us at security@superglue.ai before placing an order. We will let you know whether delivery to your country is possible and inform you about shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Orders to non-EU countries are only processed after individual agreement.
Delivery Times
Orders within the European Union are delivered within 5–7 business days after conclusion of the contract (see our Terms of Service for when the contract is concluded).
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you place your order.
- Germany: €3.90 per order
- Other EU countries: €4.90 per order
Customs and Import Charges
Deliveries within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For any individually agreed deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are borne by the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Order Processing
You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
If a delivery cannot be made or is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you as soon as possible.
