1. Scope and Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through this online shop (the "Shop"), operated by:

(hereinafter "we" or "us").

These Terms apply to consumers and business customers alike. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By completing the checkout process and clicking the order button, you place a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart.

We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after it is placed. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract is concluded only when we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation or by dispatching the goods, whichever occurs first.

The contract language is English.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown in the Shop include German statutory VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order.

Payment is processed via the payment methods offered at checkout, such as PayPal, credit card and other common payment services supported by our shop system. The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes and fees may apply. These are borne by you and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

4. Delivery

We deliver to countries within the European Union. Deliveries to other countries are only possible after individual agreement. Delivery times and shipping costs are set out on our Shipping page and displayed during checkout. Stated delivery times begin upon conclusion of the contract.

If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon handover of the goods to you or a person designated by you.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

6. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details, conditions, exceptions (including for sealed hygiene products) and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Right of Withdrawal policy (/policies/refund-policy).

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers in the EU, this means in particular the statutory rights in the event of defective goods (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, as provided by law).

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, in cases of intent or gross negligence, and under mandatory statutory provisions (e.g. product liability law).

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely), and only up to the amount of the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and all contracts concluded under them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
